Refunds will be processed as soon as our warehouse team receive your return. From there, it usually takes between 5-10 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account.

Please note, refund times are generally out of our control (unlike our brows) – the time taken for a refund to be processed depends on your payment services provider.
