Please note we will need your email address you've placed the order with and your order number that starts with #sassy.

For your convenience, once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. It will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. 

Click the tracking link in the email to see the most up-to-date information.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. It can take up to max. 3 days before the number becomes active in our system. If you don't see any updates after 3 days, please reach out.
